The personal data processed are data collected because:

The data provided directly by the interested party are all the personal data entered by the user within the site in the fields of the request provisioned or that otherwise provided to the Holder of the processing in any mode.
The data collected automatically are navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated to identified interested parties, but that for their same nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties or by the holder of the treatment, allow to identify users. Purpose of treatment
The data are processed exclusively for the purposes for which the data are collected, as described below. The Holder of the data processing use the data supplied by the interested party for: 1. Respond to the requests of the user who has filled out the contact form; 2. Fulfil obligations of law, regulations, community legislation; 3. Only in the case of a specific consent of the user or if the user fills out the form which is specifically designed to newsletter, to enable adherence to additional specific services, such as the sending of future informative and promotional communications. The conferment of the data marked by an asterisk and listed in the section “Data Collected” is required for the purposes referred to in points 1 to 2, to allow the user to receive the requested information and be contacted by the Holder having made a request by filling in the contact forms found within the website. For this reason, any refusal of treatment or failure, inaccurate or partial data conferment could have as consequence the impossibility to be contacted and/or receive the requested information. The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point no. 3 (newsletter for promotional and informational purposes or research) is optional and the refusal to give the consent to the treatment will lead only to the inability to be updated about initiatives in commercial and/or promotional campaigns, receive offers or other promotional material, and/or to send the user personalized offers.
Method of treatment
The personal data are treated with automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to art. 12 – 23 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 each party has the right to request access to personal data, rectification, cancellation, limitation to the treatment, opposition to treatment and the right to data portability. The provision of data for the purpose of sending the newsletter for promotional or informational purposes or research as the legal basis of the consent given by the person concerned. For this reason, it is recognized the right to revoke this consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal and no such revocation to determine any prejudicial consequence for the person concerned. The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory Authority. The Holder of the treatment will, within the time limits set by the current regulations, to provide timely response to requests for exercise of the rights of the interested parties.
